my journey

If you said to me more than 20 years ago that one day I would be running my own business having travelled the world, being a published author, exhibiting my paintings, helping others to heal and transform their lives I would have wondered if you were mistaking me for someone else.

It took a burn out experience to wake me up to all that I was missing out on due to long held negative beliefs and anxiety. When I started to seek out what my heart truly yearned for my life changed completely. I’m following what I call my Authentic Path. On this path I am constantly learning and navigating my way forward.

I believe authenticity and wellbeing are intrinsic to success in all parts of life. I’m passionate about helping people who want to live more joyfully and with the success they deserve. My online courses and coaching programmes are designed for this purpose.
