Who is the Focus for Success Programme suitable for?

This programme is for anyone who has a desire to succeed in any or all aspects of life whether starting out or starting over. People who find these strategies useful are people who:

What is the time requirement for the Focus for Success Programme?

Good question. There are three sections to the programme and you will be guided on the best way to approach each part and how to integrate the practices into your life. Every person is different with different life situations so the following time suggestions are guidelines only:

  • Reading and comprehension of the content of the e-book (90 minutes)
  • Completion of work-books (90 minutes)
  • Weekly practice of the ocus technique and focus activity (from 150 to 300 minutes per week).

What do the focus technique and activity involve?

You will be guided to incorporate simple practices into your routine, such as a breathing technique and some physical activity which can be adapted to your circumstances. Many people struggle to put these practices into place. The Focus for Success Programme is designed to help you make that shift.

I’m not sure I can meet the time requirement for the programme, is there another option for improving focus?

I understand, making changes to our routine when life is busy is not always easy. It’s not any easier when you reach burn out as result of not taking better care of yourself, I learned the hard way. As this is a self-directed programme you can work through it at your own pace. I will have some extra strategies in my check-in emails.
