    How much time is allocated to the mentor session?

    Break True mentor session is 90 minutes. You receive a detailed report after the session along with some personalised resources if these are applicable.

    How does a Break True mentor session differ from your coaching programme?

    A Break True mentor session is ideal for generating and exploring ideas, gaining new perspectives, understanding what ignites your imagination and passion and creating a plan for making impactful changes in your life.

    My coaching programme is spread out over a longer period (a minimum of six weeks) with the view to helping you to succeed with your goals. I help you to navigate the obstacles you encounter, hold you accountable, cheer you on and recognise your wins including the ones you sometimes don't see.

    What is your background as a mentor? 

    My mentor service developed alongside my work with reflexology clients who were eager to learn from my unique store of knowledge and experience. I’ve worked with many professionals and business owners and people transitioning to new careers or wanting to start a new business.

    I have an educational background in science, education, complementary therapies and vocal studies but most importantly I have personal experience of transforming my life from one that was previously limited by stress, anxiety and negative thought patterns.

    My strengths lie in helping people to focus on their goals by identifying obstacles and creating pathways to success. For more about my background visit My Story.
