This workshop is designed for couples who want to create optimal conditions to support their fertility. During the workshop couples will be shown strategies and techniques for keeping stress at bay. Some techniques include reflexology on the feet and hands which couple can then use with each other or individually. The workshop is subject to a consultation for each individual, following the consultation we arrange a time for the work-shop to be completed in your home.

What happens next:

• When you complete the payment process you will receive an email confirming your payment.
• I will contact you within 24 hours to provide you with the consultation forms and access to the booking calendar.
• When you submit the completed consulation forms, make a booking for your consultation review (30 minute call). During this call we will schedule your workshop.
