My homeland is Ireland, with roots in Co. Carlow. My art work is largely inspired by my relationship with nature and my love of travel. I like to work in acrylic and oil paints. I love colour and I like to mix reality with the magic of imagination.

A trip to Peru triggered my desire to share my writing with the world. I suddenly found myself writing a novel. Soon after I started my first blog ‘Wild Star Landing’, through which I shared my experiences of living for a short while in the Sacred Valley of Cuzco, Peru.

In 2017, I published my first book entitled ‘The Whisperings of Nature’, a collection of nature-inspired poems offering comfort, wisdom and inspiration.

Later that year, I published a self-care book entitled ‘Seven C’s to Calm- Reclaiming your anxiety-free self’, which was featured on RTE’s ‘Nationwide’ programme just one week after launch
