I have noticed that some of my art pieces instantly resonate with an art buyer, whilst other choices are made after moments of consideration. I love when both of these situations happen as it takes confidence to make these choices independently of the opinions of others.
It can be useful however to have some guidelines for making choice, especially if you are under time pressures. Having a smaller selection of art prints to choose from can be useful, hence my reason for creating this post.
In terms of my limited edition prints these are the top three most popular in terms of sales and admirers:
Ganga Dreaming:
The original painting was in oil and formed part of my 'Indian Heartway' collection. All pieces of the collection are now in private homes. Ganga Dreaming was the most popular and first to sell. It's the same with the limited edition print version. One of my collectors purchased the piece after having a Feng Shui consultation about the most ideal positioning of the print in her new home. People have commented on the timelessness and tranquility of the piece.
Love's Light Upon Us:
The original acrylic painting has been much admired and is from the collection 'The Sacred Lives of Trees'. This painting collection was created to initiate conversation about the benefits of trees for our well-being. Many have found the title to be appealing and there is something special about those two little leaves, which I found in West Cork, on a stone with the light shining in on them.
Break True:
This is a piece that instantly strikes those who are following their 'Authentic Path'. The original painting represents the start of my journey of transformation, when I dared to believe in myself and follow my dreams. The owner of the original painting, cried when it was presented to her by a friend, it had very special meaning for her. Similarly, the limited edition print version has been purchased as gift to friends who need inspiration on their authentic paths.
