Have you ever been called to return to a place of happy memories from your childhood? What did you find there?
During a visit to the leafy bamboo garden in Glengarriff, Co. Cork, I discovered these two little leaves resting on a stone beneath the tree canopy with the sunlight bursting through. As those beautiful leaves prepared for decay, they appeared glorious in the golden light. In that moment I knew I had been called to honour trees.
